Dawn:
Dawn has been a groomer for eleven years.  Before coming to The Grooming Post, Dawn developed her skills at Love Your Pet and The Poodle Chateau.  An excellent all-around groomer, Dawn's specialty is hand scissored cuts.  

Dawn enjoys hiking with her two dogs,  Angie, a yellow Lab and Hannah, a small mixed breed,

John Marrese - Owner/ groomer.
After attended Slippery Rock University for
wildlife management, John attended Nash Academy of Animal Arts.  He got his first dog "Ebo", an Akita in 1980 and began to show and bred Akitas in the mid-late 1980's.  John began grooming out of parents house in 1985.  Becoming too busy to handle the many requests for his services at home, John opened up the Grooming Post in 1988. Currently John is raising Rika an Akita who he is current;ly showing at tri-state area dog shows.
